The Martin County Board of County Commissioners proposed building 56 mooring units just offshore of the Jensen Beach Causeway. These units provide customers with the ability to secure their vessels while protecting the environment. Ferreira Southern constructed 1,625 SF of floating docks, 756 SF of repaired access pier, and installed a 70 foot long aluminum gangway. All construction was performed via barges for improved access. The addition of the docks provides customers access to the mooring units and their amenities.
